This Industry Interview is with Vicki Hodgson who is the Co-Founder and Director of Blow Your Own Mind PTY (BYOM), Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile Master Practitioner, and Board Chair at Stirling Business Association.

BYOM created and implemented the PIVOT program as part of the State's recovery program in collaboration with The Small Business Development Corporation, supporting SMEs to transform their business models and coaching them to achieve their goals.

Vicki discusses the program and its impact along with the questions, strategies and tools they use to explore and support the business owners that they coach.
