Session Overview

The case study is created with Toni Kidman who is the Founder of Frosting Cakery and Frosting Cakery Sprinkers and focuses on the work of her home bakery located on the Sunshine Coast. by exploring the importance of local Council registration and the need to be innovative and build customers who are loyal.

Toni also shares the challenges she faced to create a registration for working from home and the difficulties this creates for those renting.  Plus, Toni  tells us how she developed her passion into a talent and now a mailing list for sprinkles.
